Description:

• Develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains and debugs software applications that support business units.
  
• A senior member of the technical team responsible for assisting senior business leaders and management.
  
• Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Batch or Quartz on JBoss. Or Spring Boot
  
• Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE, Maven, JUnit
  
• Multiple system integration protocol exposure: especially SOAP or RESTful web services, file exchange, MQ/JMS messaging
  
• Hibernate & SQL for complex queries & stored procedures.
  
• Webapp UI development experience: HTML5, Javascript, CSS
  
• Solid communication skills & ability to converse with analysts, testers, & others responsible for system integration interfaces
  
• Collaborates well with other developers on best practices & larger work efforts

Desired:

• Financial services experience, particularly consumer banking related to core account & customer data systems, including transaction balancing, posting, & reconciliation.
  
• Scrum team participation and experience completing sprint commitments.
  
• Angular or other SPA-enabled javascript frameworks for web UI development.
  
• Comfort with command line interfaces especially Linux.
  
• aFamiliarity with Splunk for log file aggregation.
