Stoneridge Software is a looking for a highly motivated, honest and passionate person who wants to architect and develop integrations as well as customizations for Microsoft Dynamics AX. We're looking for someone with development experience in Dynamics AX and other languages who wants to work directly with clients.

A developer is tasked with building X++ development objects and architecting integrations for Stoneridge Software clients.

This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).

A Day in the Life

• Meeting regularly with client teams to understand their architecture needs
• Architecting and developing integrations between AX and other systems to meet client needs
• Modifying or creating forms, SSRS reports, tables or custom logic in X++
• Documenting features architected or developed
• Working with functional consultants to understand features and to relay accurately and effectively what changes have been made
• Relaying status updates as needed to project managers and other team members
• Writing blogs on architecture and development topics to contribute to the Stoneridge blog

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience programming in X++, (Dynamics AX, D365F&SC)
• Experience building .NET SOAP and ReST services
• Experience developing web applications
• Familiarity with Azure
• Ability to write statements querying a SQL database
• Ability to communicate well both orally and in written English
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Willing to constantly update oneself on new software and market conditions
• Certifications in Dynamics AX, D365F&SC development
• Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.
