Provide manufacturing engineering support to the return of manufactured goods for upgrade, rework, repair, or replacement of all Clearwater products (CCA's, Cables, Subassemblies).
Communicate and work with an integrated product team consisting of manufacturing and test engineers, assembly operators, test technicians, program managers, and supervisors to troubleshoot and disposition nonconforming product within the turnaround time required by the customer.
Develop rework instructions as required for aforementioned products.
Take manufacturing engineering responsibility for actions assigned by Operational Excellence teams. Research and implement Engineering Change Requests into both in and out of production products that are returned by the field sites or customers. Interface with technical counterparts in other organizations both within and outside RMS Clearwater Operations.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Basic Qualifications:
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the
- Preferred Manufacturing experience
- Experienced user of Microsoft office software
- Willingness to work overtime and during off-days as required to support production operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college and 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree.
- Competence in writing and delivering technical presentations.
- Preferred experience in a technical engineering role supporting the manufacturing, qualification, optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Circuit Card, Cables, and/or Subassembly assembly.
- Proficiency with root cause corrective action tools and design of experiments methodology.
- Familiarity with industry specifications IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.
- Experience with Solumina and SAP.
- Knowledge of SMT, PTH equipment and processes and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate through written and oral means, demonstrated ability to work with co-workers and customers from diverse backgrounds, and to multitask by handling multiple assignments in parallel.
