Field Service Technician Welder

What you will enjoy doing*
- You will support for customer operations and troubleshooting including paid start-ups and paid service calls
- Furthermore, you will support for system test operations and troubleshooting at the factory or job site
- Record keeping for all equipment tested on the test stand and test stand operations records, such as gas usage records is part of this role, as well to check accuracy of engineering documentation used for testing operations
- Also, you will support field repairs and fabrication of Vacuum insulated piping, regular piping, Cold boxes, etc.
- Be able to weld multiple materials such as Aluminum, Alloys, stainless steel and carbon steel
- Be able to perform vacuum testing on piping and other equipment to ensure proper repair completed
- You will travel to customer sites across USA and Canada
- When not on field service, work will be working at Linde fabrication shop in Catoosa, OK
What makes you great
- You must be able to pass 6G piping test for stainless steel and aluminum pipe (4 to 5 years exp required)
- In addition, you have basic knowledge of system operation, vacuum technology, and leak detection techniques
- Knowledge of the manufacturing processes for Air Seperation, Refrigeration, liquefication and VIP systems a plus
- You are able to complete repair processes in field and document per customer requirements
- Further you must work well with colleagues, customers, and the manufacturing team
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required
- Able to perform at high level with minimum Supervision
- Must hold current Drivers license for transport to work sites
- You are able to troubleshoot and adapt to changing job site requirements
