RemoteThe CEMT performs a wide variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment for the Kuwait Patriot Modernization Program. Interface with internal and external customers. Assist in the assembly, disassembly, re-assembly, repair and/or inspection of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems, chassis and personal computer boards. Observes, analyzes and reports test data: and when appropriate makes necessary repairs to equipment. May set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and/or grinders. May coat surface of parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective materials. Performs a wide variety of technical tasks in support of processes, engineering, quality control, calibration, production/test environment, and field operations. Test, troubleshoots, repairs, maintains and installs a wide variety of electronic, electromechanical and mechanical, computer, laboratory and/or equipment. Utilizes various engineering and scientific drawings, manuals and other related documentation in the performance of tasks. May be responsible for government and company property tracking and control. Responsible for depot level electro and or mechanical repairs such as cable, corrosion, and outrigger repair. Provides inputs to development of SICO reports. Proficiency in cutting, grinding, soldering, wire-wrap techniques, welding equipment and metal repairs. Creating 2404 and entering non-conformance into Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (iMRO). Other duties as assigned. Coordinates repair activities to Engineering, Technical, or MTSD lead security. This position is located in the Republic of Kuwait.
Required Skills:
Technically qualified in an electronic and/or mechanical atmosphere
Knowledge and experience in the test and repair of major items, assemblies and subassemblies
Demonstrated ability to remove and replace failed assemblies and subassemblies.
Use Of cutting, grinding, soldering, welding equipment and metal repairs specializing in alloy metals
Knowledge of static sensitive handling techniques
Able to lift 50 lbs
Experience in soldering and wire wrap techniques
Experience in the repair of RF cables and Power cables
Experience working on both the Launcher and Radar Systems
Desired Skill:
Knowledge of electronic theory and the ability to trace a problem through numerous circuits and systems
Able to read and follow schematics and flowcharts
Familiar in the use of different types of test and measurement equipment.
Familiar with set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and/or grinders.
Familiar with coating surface of parts, assemblies and finished products with protective materials.
Familiar with cable repair and wiring.
Able to use a forklift.
Experience working on Patriot Major End Items and installing DAMWOs.
Knowledge of static sensitive handling techniques.
Strong Microsoft software skills and database knowledge.
Familiar with set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and/or grinders.
Understand Patriot specific Technical Manuals.
Understand Patriot specific test equipment and Build-in Test Equipment (BITE).
Foreign Object Elimination (FOE), Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Electro Static Discharge (ESD) qualified
Lock-Out Tag out
Rigging and Crane operations
Required Education:
High School or equivalent with 10 years of experience in maintaining/repairing complex military equipment.
Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.

The salary range for this role is 46,000 USD - 110,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
