Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented System Engineer to join our team! In this role you will execute Missile Defense Agency systems engineering processes to support the operational tempo required to support MDA systems engineer to ensure test planning and data generation are sufficient to achieve Missile Defense System test requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Contribute to the development and execution of Missile Defense System requirements, product definitions, integrated timelines, and authority/responsibility definitions.
• Participate in working groups to support critical customer technical needs, identify process and/or technical discrepancies, and propose innovate approaches to meeting customer expectations.
• Apply understanding of the Missile Defense System and its environment to identify and resolve MDA system test requirements issues, both internal and external to the division.
• Provide technical guidance and support to MDA's mission
• Provide support to the Systems Requirements Leadership team in the identification of risks and watch items resulting from the test requirements coordination process.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/STEM with 7+ years experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance
• Demonstrated executive-level communication proficiency
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

• Experience developing, monitoring, and evaluating system and element-level test requirements

Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $161,400.00
