Deere & Company is seeking a Software Engineer in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus 7 years related experience. Required skills: Architect and design Big Data Streaming and processing systems using Apache Flink, Scala, Java and NodeJS Technologies (2 yrs); Implement enterprise scale highly distributed solutions using Java, Scala or NodeJS Technologies (7 yrs); Application development, testing and deploying solutions, including infrastructure provisioning using CI-CD Pipelines (7 yrs); Design and implement Cloud based applications by using the AWS lambda, AWS kinesis (3 yrs). 20% domestic travel required. 100% telecommuting permitted.
