Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Agile experience preferred.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a software engineer for General Dynamics Mission Systems, you will be a member of a cross functional team responsible for software design and development for mission software, ground system software, network operations & infrastructure, and/or application development.

- Demonstrated Leadership Experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Technical Software Background
- College degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, information systems.
- SW lifecycle – requirements, development, design, interface development, integration, test, deployment, GUIs/HMIs.
What sets you apart:
- Experience with Red Hat/ Enterprise Linux operating systems.
- Real time software development experience (e.g., C/ C++, XML, Python, and/or Java).
- Experience with Web based tools (e.g., Jira, Gitlab, Rational Team Concert, IDE/ ECLIPSE).
- Ability to qualify for a US DoD security clearance.
- Experience with Agile development framework.
