Job Summary:
The integration engineer will work as part of the product development team and is responsible for assisting partners and clients with building integrations into the AR Boost product line. This individual should have excellent communication skills, as a large part of this position is interacting directly with customer technical teams. This position requires a software development background and a solid understanding of both SOAP and REST APIs.
Responsibilities

Act as the AR Boost technical lead on projects involving customers integrating with the AR Boost APIs

Troubleshoot customer integration issues when integrating with the AR Boost APIs

Provide updates to key internal stakeholders on project progress

Work with customer support to assist in technical research and problem solving

Contribute as a member of the development team by working on bugs and enhancement requests

Work with management to help prioritize development efforts

Participate in internal and external audit activities

Identify and recommend technologies that may be incorporated into the system
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field OR 2+ years of relevant experience

Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, CSS, HTML, JavaScript libraries such as jQuery

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL from an application development, production support, and database server management perspective

Agile/Scrum development experience is a plus

Excellent time management, scheduling, communication and organizational skills

Comfortability troubleshooting and providing assistance to external customers
Salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
