Job Description

Position Summary
This position is responsible for IT Desktop support as well as assisting the Infrastructure, Business Systems, and Interactive Systems teams with on-premise and cloud-based systems. Duties include supporting mobile devices and desk phones, equipment tracking and inventory as well as optimizing and maintaining help desk support services. Position will include other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities
IT Customer Service, in a support role to include but not limited to: - ITService Desk request ticketing - Laptop and desktop computers - Windows, Apple and Android operating systems - Peripherals, including printers, copiers, scanners and other IT-related hardware - Software installation and support - Conference and meeting support (Teams, Zoom, etc.) - Point of sale and ticketing software - Coordination with the Infrastructure team for assistance with installation and support of equipment and services - Passionate about the Bible and will champion our mission to invite all people to engage with the transformative power of the Bible - Perform occasional lifting of office equipment (up to 50 lbs.) - Other duties as assigned.

Education

Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years IT experience required - Experience supporting IT hardware and software (CompTIA A+ preferred) - Experience supporting Apple products - Experience supporting Android devices - Working knowledge of networking - Other IT-related experience

Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, other teams, leaders, vendors, and non-technical personnel.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems in cooperation with internal teams and outside vendors.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

Sit for up to 8 hours a day.
Squat bending at the knees.
Stand for long periods of time.
