Position Summary
The Front-End Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end of the health-related software application, ensuring it meets high-quality standards and requirements. This role will work closely with the Development Team, Project Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure that the software solution meets the project goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the front-end of the health-related software application
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using React and other front-end development tools
• Collaborate with the Development Team to design and implement new features and user interfaces
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure that the front-end development tasks are aligned with project goals and timelines
• Participate in the design and development of the user experience and user interface of the software application
• Ensure that the front-end of the software application is responsive and accessible across multiple devices and platforms
• Continuously improve the performance and usability of the front-end of the software application
• Work with the QA Engineer to identify and resolve any front-end defects or issues
• Keep up-to-date with the latest front-end development tools, technologies, and industry best practices
• Ensure that the front-end development process is efficient and effective
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the software application meets quality standards and requirements

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Front-end Developer in a software development environment
• Experience with front-end development in a health-related software environment
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure
• Experience with other front-end development tools and frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js
• Experience with user experience and user interface design
• Familiarity with back-end development tools and technologies such as Java and MYSQL
• Knowledge of accessibility and web standards
• Strong understanding of React and other front-end development tools and technologies
• Experience with responsive design and development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
