First, you will need a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline.
Second, in this position you will be responsible for the innovation and validation of new products and processes, the improvement of current processes, and the reduction of process variability. You’ll develop product development protocols including testing needs and full functional characterization of products. You’ll research, develop, and recommend process and equipment improvements/needs for the new products while maintaining the levels of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction within assigned area. You’ll also provide engineering support for a product or range of products through all phases of product development and manufacturing. You will be working with a small, experienced group that is passionate about what we do.
