We are looking for:
- Work in conjunction with all plant functions to be a “Change Agent” that identifies & drives opportunities for step-change & continuous improvements for the whole site.
- Lead/Facilitate the design and implementation of continuous improvement approaches with tools to enhance industrial performance and facilitate the digital transition for operating and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the tactical implementation and deployment of strategic Manufacturing Excellence and Digital initiatives to allow theconstruction and enrichment of a site visions.
- Implementation & adaptions of a STAR FACTORY roadmap (10 year plan for future sustainability and growth)
- Help focus site resources needed for the various site initiatives with a structured and prioritized deployment program (roadmap)
- Lead/Participate in diagnostics to understand bottlenecks & help design tactical implementation plans (TIPS) to address these hurdles
- Ownership of site WAVE planning process and conduct periodic reviews and coaching with all stakeholders to set the cadence and expectation for the group.
- Utilize and explore tools to promote the 3 main “Excellence Pillars” (Technical Systems, Performance Management, Mindset & Behaviors) as well as “digital enablers” and OEE tools.
- Contribute to the defining, coordinating, and fully utilizing resources needed (Site, GBU, Corporate, and external) to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of the expected impact.
- Ensure proper defining, tracking and monitoring of the resultant impacts of the site Digital/ME projects through KPI’s.
- Provide appropriate communication of results to the stakeholder and governance bodies (i.e. Steercos)
- Make sure improvements are sustained through the deployment of training and capabilities building using “best in class” Ways ofWorking (WoW).

- A feasible and accurate STAR FACTORY roadmap followed and understood by all stakeholders.

You will bring:
- 3-5 years work-related experience in chemical plant operations
- Technical strong with a significant Chemical processing Background
- Degree or working knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence technics
- or using digital tools a plus
- Data driven and results oriented
- Possess the ability to engage people at various levels throughout
- the organization
- Possess the ability to “influence & impact” and communicate in a
- multilevel, multicultural environement
- Exposure to visual management techniques
- Strong Presentation skills with the ability to work with various media
- Understanding of OEE tracking and basic principals

- Competitive salary and benefits package
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $91,000 to $113,526 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
