Aerospace Engineer, Associate - Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance

A week in the life of an Aerospace Engineer:
- Perform aerospace engineering in support of flight control system development; aircraft modeling and simulation; analysis of aircraft flight dynamics; and ground and flight test support.
- The technical tasks will include:
- Supporting the design, development, integration, and test of aircraft flight control systems and autopilots
- Developing, integrating, and validating models of aircraft flight dynamics and subsystems such as payloads, engines, transmissions, flight control components, and sensors
- Supporting lab, ground, and flight qualification testing of aircraft avionics, sensors, and flight control systems

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. - Candidates must have the ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance after hiring. US Citizenship required.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering
- Experience with MATLAB and MATLAB scripting
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills are essential for this position.
- Must have a good knowledge of sound engineering practices that may include such areas as requirement tracking, configuration control, technical communication, and/or the peer review process
