General Description:

• Support our end users for problems and new challenges. Ensure communication and support for new processes and provide documentation.
• Support Sr Application Specialist with higher technical knowledge challenges and issues. SAP testing where required and needed.
• Specialist System Application must support, train and collaborate with SAP Key Users, if present
• Collaborate with SAP Module Managers globally
• Ensure that tickets (Incidents and Requests for Change) are handled in a timely manner based on the SLA. S/He must know when to escalate appropriately
• Check categorization of ticket and make necessary corrections if needed
• Create knowledge articles for self-help by end users
• Improve skills and knowledge by working with the Sr Specialist Application and training external if needed provide training for Key Users.
• Assess and approve documentation prepared by the Key Users.
• Provide documentation for Key Users and colleagues. Documentation should be accessed by the Application Team
• Other duties as needed

Skills:

• Must be competent with Microsoft software
• Proficient with SAP transactions *Good written technical communication with both internal and external parties

Work Experience Requirements:

• Two years of technical documentation experience

Education Requirements:

• College preferred but will consider work experience
