Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Responsible for both functional SDLC tasks and technical development work in PL/SQL and Java working in an Oracle EBS or custom application environment. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, end-user training, and documentation. Experience in working directly with technical and business representatives, participating in meetings with key system owners to understand business requirements and supporting the administering and maintaining of development environments. Responsibilities also include training team members and increasing capabilities of team through mentorship and best practices. Candidate must be an independent worker to proactively address user concerns in a timely manner. Delivery Role.

Requirements
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,000 to $110,000.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer
- 3+ years PL/SQL skills and experience, including creating and maintaining PL/SQL stored procedures and functions within packages, triggers, and libraries; translating business rules into PL/SQL objects and extracting business rules from analysis of existing PL/SQL; developing and tuning complex PL/SQL packages, including those that run as automated scheduled jobs
- Software development experience using Java or Microsoft.net languages
- Familiarity with SOA, portal, J2EE, and Microsoft technologies
- Oracle E-Business suite expertise in accounting, inventory order management and manufacturing modules, including development of personalization and custom reports
- Experience supporting front-end development teams in an Oracle R12, OBIEE and custom application environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders
- Excellent technical documentation writing skills
- Experience with functional requirements, design, test, training, deployment support, and production support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in software quality and development best practices
- Understanding of software development team management support tools such as JIRA, ANT or similar task, issues and software build tools
- Applied IDE (integrated development environment) experience in either Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio, iOS SDK or other Java, Microsoft.net or mobile development platform
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
