Position Information:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance of assigned properties to include: general repairs, preventive maintenance, delivery of equipment, coordination of work between the user and Engineering department and/or outside contractors. Provides technical guidance and assistance for all traditional building systems and specialized systems.
Experience Requirements:
3 Years Construction Required - Or 3 Years Facilities Maintenance In HVAC Maintenance Or Plumbing Or Electrician Or Carpenter Required
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Maintain Vehicle Operator Insurability Required
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday/8
Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
Call Requirements:
Yes, weekly on a rotation
