Job Description: Assist team in creating design artifacts and facilitate the path to gaining approval for complex technical items as identified by Architects. Partner with Architects and other Team Leads to establish coding standards, guidelines, patterns and practices and ensure the team knows how to meet these guidelines (Code Reviews, Unit Test Coverage, Performance and Security Guidelines). Identify and remove potential impediments ahead of time so productivity and velocity remain high. Help in recruiting process. Work from office address 3 days per week. Telecommuting acceptable 2 days per week.

Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
