Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Reliability Engineer for advanced semiconductor technology nodes. The
candidate will have a background in physics, material science, electrical engineering.
Knowledge and experience with Bias temperature instability (BTI), hot carrier injection (HCI),
time dependent dielectric breakdown (TDDB), Electromigration (EM), Stress migration (SM),
Thermal cycling (TC) are desired.
Some of the job responsibilities include:
- Reliability test structure design using industry standard layout software Performing and developing accelerated testing and data analysis techniques for reliability characterization and qualification
- Developing empirical and physics-based predictive model for reliability assessment and qualification
- Contributing to the definition and determination of reliability targets
- Understanding the degradation/failure mechanisms and reliability requirements for interconnects and designing experiments to identify the root cause of reliability failure/malfunction
- Driving cross-functional teams to enable reliability improvement
- The position requires interaction with cross-functional and multi-company working teams that include engineers engaged in interconnect process integration, design/layout, and materials/process development
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Hands- on experience with electrical characterization and semiconductor device reliability testing
- Applied knowledge of data analysis
- Knowledge of semiconduction device, process and integration
- Good communication skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Programing skills in Java/Python/C++
- Hands-on experience with electrical characterization instrumentation

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
