YOUR MISSION
- Create 3D parametric models, using NX CAD software, of entire golf club head, including freeform surfaces, structures, details, design, branding, and components
- Translate new golf club concept renderings into 3D CAD models utilizing advanced CAD techniques
- Assist in engineering club performance through design, testing, and engineering iterations
- Participate in cross functional project teams
- 3D print prototype club models for analysis
- Collaborate with Innovation Teammates, R&D Product Teams, and Product Management on new golf club ideations
- Pursue patent opportunities for new concepts, ideas, technologies, and products
YOUR TALENT
- 0-3 years of experience in golf club product design and engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Design, or related field
- 3D CAD modeling skills including freeform surface modeling, parametric sketches, reverse engineering, solid modeling, associative modeling, expressions and part families, preferably in NX software
- Experience with Rhino/Grasshopper, nTopology desired
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Understanding of golf, golf clubs, golf club physics, history, and golf market
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Exceptional follow through, detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively work against project deadlines
- Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial
- Results oriented with ability to oversee multiple projects and tasks
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $57,000 - $79,230 + Bonus + Benefits (https://us.puma.com/us/en/puma/careers/puma-perks-resources-and-benefits)
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
