SALARY: $106,200 - $141,600, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Data Engineering, you will work as a technical function leader for Logistics related areas of focus for the purpose of business-IT support, service management, escalation management, risk management, and new technology developments. You will provide valued guidance throughout key logistics pillars and grow into technical subject matter experts within the functions you will be serving such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Legacy Applications. This position will help build and deliver roadmap to modernize the applications that support our brewery operations. You will have the opportunity to influence architecture and technology to promote quality and innovation necessary for industry-changing, data-driven decisions within multiple areas of our Supply Chain infrastructure. This position sits within the NazTech Supply Chain organization and will report to the Dir, Supply Chain Transformation.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Act as primary developer for Supply Chain Applications both new and legacy

Understand existing processes and workflows through direct interactions with end-users and cross-functional process owners.

Analyze information and data from users and process owners to deliver reliable and scalable data flows.

Responsible for managing successful support execution; achieve SLAs within budgeted teams at the right visibility to internal and external teams and stakeholders.

Interact with product owners, business leads, TechOps, and BeerTech teams to iterate quickly and improve data assets.

Well-spoken and clarifies the purpose, goal, scope, and deliverables of the logistics products that BTVC owns.

Problem solving and identification of business logic imbedded within applications.

Hands on with various business teams to help solve problems - focus on bridging technology and business process.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or relevant field.
-
2 or more years relevant experience in brewery applications is preferred
-
Experience in designing data flows and building data models on cloud technology.

Experience with at least two programming languages, preferably Python and SQL.

Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Cloud experience.

Understanding of database management systems and ETL framework. Experience with one or more of the following a plus:

Database: Oracle, Snowflake, postGres, SQL Server

ETL & Integration: Mulesoft, DataBricks, DataStage
-

Basic understanding of Supply Chain business

Experience with process improvement and change management

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Suite (Apps, BI, Automate)

Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
-
Ability to take initiative, handle multiple tasks, shift priorities, and meet deadlines

Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues within the application
-
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software as necessary, with little oversight

Should have demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including internal zone company management, contractors/consultants, external vendors and support personnel
