The position will provide the technical competency to ensure process integrity and efficiency across Ground Support Equipment (GSE) portfolio of development, sustainment programs F35 Product Support Provider Network (PSPn) supporting LM TLS GSE products). This new position will focus on driving synergy across programs to deliver affordable solutions in the sustainment of products and improvements to processes and procedures. This role will partner with the Chief Logistician, GSE and Product Support Solutions Portfolio Program Manager, and Business Development representatives to drive future growth and opportunity for Product Support Solutions. Daily responsibilities are anticipated to be split between 75% program execution and 25% proposal and strategy implementation.

Basic qualifications (BQs) are the minimum requirements for a candidate to be considered for a position, 3 to 5 BQs are most effective.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Experience in ground based systems full lifecycle management across all Product Support disciplines
2. Design, implementation, and delivery of sustainment solutions
3. Experience with performance-based logistics offerings
4. Managing multiple stakeholders with differing goals and objectives
5. Strong process discipline with focus on efficiency
6. Ability to build processes, programs, or concepts from a ‘blank sheet of paper’

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
