We are searching for a Sr. Software engineer with an interest in management to join us in developing the next-generation, AI-powered architecture design product. Our teams work on everything from complex 3D drawing on the web to building machine-learning-based real-time analyses. Your contributions will have a direct impact on shaping our offering. It will enable our users to discover smart, sustainable solutions and gain valuable insights in their projects.

Responsibilities

As a manger and developer you will have a dual role combining development with people management
-
You will find yourself working with a wide range of technologies, including web-based 3D frameworks, large-scale systems, and cloud computing

As part of pur manager group you will work on organizational culture, professional development and recruiting
-
You will mentor and coach a group of talented engineering, making sure they are set up for success

We expect you to follow the servant leadership guiding principles in all your interactions
Minimum Qualifcations
-
7+ years of experience working as a software developer
-
3+ years with react & typescript or python
-
3+ years with AWS or another cloud provider
-
3+ years experience as a people manager or a team lead

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $123,100 and $199,100. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
