Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the sale of Managed Services, and Professional Services in the NY tri-state area. The Sales Executive works to grow new sales revenue by identifying, qualifying and coordinating meetings for all MS opportunities, performing whiteboard demonstrations, negotiating the contract, and closing. Responsibilities also include establishing client relationships for new accounts and growing new accounts annually. Job Responsibilities

  • Prospecting Managed Services, Professional Services opportunities to a build pipeline
  • Scheduling and visiting prospects to review product/services needs and determine additional opportunities
  • Qualifying and making presentations to potential customers
  • Proposing and closing Managed services solutions
  • Cross selling and up selling the product suite into existing accounts
  • Setting and managing customer expectations throughout the lifecycle of the account
  • Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain or exceed minimum pipeline of opportunities
  • Enhance sales opportunities by capitalizing on knowledge of business technology trends in NY, NJ, CT Tri-State area

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year college) or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in selling to SMB and Mid Enterprise clients
  • Background in IT Managed Services and Professional Services Infrastructure integration
  • Direct experience with the following a plus o Office 365 o Microsoft Server o Exchange, Citrixo VMware o Cisco o SAN LAN WAN & Wireless technologies
  • Demonstrated success in applying consultative selling techniques to opportunities
  • Proven track record in selling both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven and verifiable track record in exceeding sales quotas, specifically in the NY Tri-state area
