We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide our internal end users with a pleasant and efficient technical support experience. As the first point of contact, you will answer basic end user questions and provide solutions to basic technical issues. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential to the role in order to effectively understand the user’s issue and walk them through the resolution. The rest of our team will work with you to resolve any user or system issues that cannot be solved at the first level of support and to teach you all you’ll need to know and more!
