The Nashua, NH Quality organization is seeking a detail oriented, self-motivated Entry Level Program Quality Engineer who has the ability to operate in an environment of changing priorities. This position will provide program quality support to a critical production program within the Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) product line within the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area. The position offers the opportunity to join an exciting and strategically important portfolio that is experiencing rapid growth.

The candidate must be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, be credible, and be extremely detail oriented in driving issues to closure. We need someone who exhibits a Quality First Mindset.

This position is a hybrid work environment with majority of time on site.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High School + 4 years experience or Associate's degree or technical school + 2 years experience or Bachelor's degree and 0 years of experience.
  • Ability to function in a team and collaborative environment.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Quality Assurance Visual Mechanical Inspection (QA VMI)
  • Production Process Verification (PPV)
  • First Article Inspections (FAI)
  • Quality Management Systems Audits
  • Control of Nonconforming Materials
  • Documentation / Configuration Analysis and Review
  • Documentation Preparation for Customer Presentation / Sell Off
  • Presentation of Product for Customer Acceptance (Sell Off)
  • Other Quality related activities as assigned
  • Microwave manufacturing experience
  • Aerospace/Defense industry expertise in a production and development environment preferred
  • AS9145 (APQP) experience
  • 8D Root Cause and Corrective Action experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in a technical discipline
