The Cloud Services Engineer 1 works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. This position will focus on end-to-end stability and performance of our complex Salesforce-based application, and will emphasize focus on the monitoring tool stack.

Responsibilities

The Cloud Services Engineer 1 translates platform needs into technical systems solutions. Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to improve performance, stability, and monitoring of a system. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Less than 3 years of technical experience
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Any cloud computer or network certification(s)
