Department Overview The Chief Technology Office Systems and Solutions Group incubates highrisk, highreward projects leveraging Emerging Solutions, Venture investments, and existing MSI solutions. The candidate will join a talented team of engineers focused on 1 designing, prototyping, and developing solutions, 2 leveraging existing and new technologies, and 3 delivering a secure, fast, and scalable user experience.
Job Description
The CTO is looking for a Full Stack Engineer, with an interest in drone technologies for our CAPE Aerial Telepresence team in Boston, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, multidisciplinary team with a critical skill set. You will directly contribute to the full lifecycle of projects, including httpswww.cape.com.
Responsibilities
Contribute to frontend Angular and backend PythonDjango planning, development, and testing.
Perform code reviews and contribute to software architecture discussions.
Maintain CICD pipelines, production environments, and documentation.
Qualifications
Experience with backend technologies using Python, Django, JavaScript, Node.JS.
Experience with web frameworks and languages such as TypeScript, Angular, or React.
Familiarity with databases such as Postgres, SQLite, MySQL.
Solid understanding of REST APIs.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
A strong candidate may also experience working with
DevOps tracking, pipelines and Git source control, code reviews.
Familiarity with Azure, AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure.
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment CICD, writing and maintaining unit tests, and environment configuration.
Basic Requirements
Must be pursuing a minimum of a BS or MS degree with a graduation date of December 2023 or later.
