We're seeking a skilled Associate Software Developer to provide remote support for our ICF Next team. As an Associate Software Developer at ICF Next, you play a central role in driving innovation and using technology to drive connection through a multi-channel experience. If you have an incredible passion for innovative technology development and enjoy working with clients, ICF Next is the place for you.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Use analytical thinking to make decisions based on facts and metrics whenever possible.
- Collaborate and work harmoniously with all Technology team members, Project Owners and Scrum Masters.
- Follow coding standards.
- Stay up to date on assigned specialties, work on expanding to others.
- Demonstrate a desire to learn and accept new challenges within and outside of your core skills.
- Use professional communications skills both written and verbal.
Basic Qualifications:
- Four year degree (Bachelor’s) in computer science, application development, management information systems or mathematics
- Two years of recent Web Programming experience
Preferred Skills:
- Front End: CSS3, X/HTML5, Core Javascript, Angular JS, Node JS
- Back End: Java Enterprise, Kafka, ElasticSearch
- Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, SpringBatch
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
- Agile methodologies – SAFe, Scrum/Kanban
- Database: Microsoft SQL Server
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Patterns
