IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, Digital and Emerging Technologies, Microsoft - Cloud Apps, Applications Systems Engineer (Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, St. Louis, MO.

Focus on the design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud-based solutions. Team with various groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and solutions that will bring our clients’ digital vision and strategy to life. Lead teams operating in complex tech organizations that work with numbers products at scale and make use of agile methodologies and tools. Work in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.


Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting work experience.

Must have 4 years of experience in any combination of two or more of the following: .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, MSSQL, CosmosDB, or Visual Studio.

Must have 3 years of experience in Azure PaaS solutions (App Services, Azure Search, or Azure CDN).

Must have 3 years of experience designing and implementing microservices in Azure (Service Fabric, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Functions, or API Management).

Must have 4 years of experience in collaboration in git.

Must have 3 years of experience in system performance and security hardening.

Must have 3 years of experience in analyzing current infrastructure and provide paths forward for improvement.

Must have 3 years of experience in automating tasks from infrastructure creation, to software build artifacts to multi-system complex deployment pipelines (scripting, CI/CD, Jenkins, or deployment orchestration).

Must have 4 years of experience in monitoring, alerting and logging on high availability systems.

Must have 3 years of experience in DevOps best practices and implementing them.

Requires domestic travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
