This position works as a C-Store Crew Member with specialized knowledge in sporting goods. As a C-Store Crew Member, you will be responsible for keeping your area neat, clean, well stocked and ready to serve our guests. Provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude.
Qualifications:
High School or equivalent
Experience & Skills:
Previous convenience store experience is preferred. Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction. In addition, you must have good communication skills, and good personal grooming habits.
Availability:
All positions require open availability and no special accommodations can be made or guaranteed.
Crew Schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible. This position is Part Time, which means changing schedules are a requirement of this job.
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in all sporting goods/hunting areas plus be willing to learn; Understanding of sporting goods calls, scents and other lures
- Able to do simple maintenance to all archery products, d loops, peep sights, string maintenance, cutting and fletching arrows, knowledge of different types of broadheads, arrows and other accessories.
- Must be willing to sell all products contrary to your preference; and, knowledge of different types of fishing lures, baits, and all fishing products.
- Being a team player is a must and willing to help out in other areas during sporting goods down time.
- Must be organized and able to keep track of multiple types of inventories, boots, bows etc.
