What does a day as a Software Developer look like?

As a member of the Information Technology team, you will create amazing member and employee experiences with your talents as you develop creative software solutions. Opportunities include, but are not limited to:

• Defining the future of Leaders’ software development stack
• Designing, developing, and testing software applications.
• Automating workflows using robotic process automation tools and Python programming.
• Facilitating data exchange and analysis/presentation using scripted processes, APIs, and data warehouse.
• Using creative software solutions to improve productivity, reduce friction, and improve member experience.

What is the schedule? Hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require extra effort for which you are compensated, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this.
