Job Summary:

The Production Support Consultant I is responsible for supporting and monitoring the day-to-day performance of moderately complex applications in the Operations Applications suite and production support environment. This role assists with the support of performance enhancements and responding to moderately complex production issues and outages related to the application suite in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports and maintains moderately complex applications
• Assists with the creation of standard processes and procedures documentation
• Diagnoses and analyzes moderately complex problems in a timely and professional manner
• Monitors all production application components to ensure high availability and meet or exceed customer Service Level Agreements
• Contacts support teams to assist in incident resolution in relation to system alerts
• Maintains relationships with key strategic partners and customers
• Identifies opportunities for process, systems and application improvements in a dynamic environment architected to solve problems and improve processes
• Assists in on-the-job training of less experienced team members

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of related experience
