Job Description
As a member of the Delivery Response Team, your focus is to provide support for 3 rd party solutions while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving technical and non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means. As a primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships providing advice and assistance to on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
As a Technical Solution Analyst, you provide functional and technical expertise to our clients and collaborate with project teams and vendors who are implementing software solutions. Much of your time will be spent troubleshooting service requests, retesting workflows, resolving client incidents and maintaining frontend and backend applications while creating documentation throughout the duration of an issue. As you work with clients, you prioritize and plan issue resolutions both independently and, in a collaborative, team environment.
