This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. What You'll Do
As a member of the Ambulatory Quality Reporting regulatory reporting team, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications and reports that run in our clients’ EHR (Electronic Health Record) system to enable our clients’ compliance with the requirements of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The compliance rate of the CMS measures by clients identified with these reports helps in tracking that the provider patients are receiving highest quality of care. In addition to improving patient care, the successful regulatory submission of the generated report data provides a financial incentive to our clients.
The work on the Ambulatory Quality Reporting team will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, submissions operations teams, and other software development teams to ensure client’s success in generating, reviewing and submitting their reporting results to CMS to maximize their financial incentives and ensure high quality of patient care.

Additionally the developer will provide support of the solution clients through their applications and submissions of their regulatory reporting to government agencies.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Security Clearance
- 2-5 years of technical experience relevant to this position
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members
- BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent
Knowledge/Experience with:
- PL-SQL
- CCL
- Java
- Analytics and Reporting experience
Preferred:
- Cloud Engineering Experience
