BTS Software Solutions is seeking an individual who is considered an expert in the field of SIGINT software development to fill the role of Principal DSP Engineer/Sr SIGINT Software Consultant at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The candidate should possess a high level experience and achievement in digital signal processing, SIGINT detector development, application development on open architecture frameworks, experience working with NSA and national capabilities.

Clearance: TS/SCI w CI Poly

Required

• Minimum of Masters of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 25 years in the field.
• Demonstrated experience with MATLAB filter design
• Demonstrated expertise with open architecture frameworks
• Demonstrated proficiency with non-window operating system such as Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.
• Self-starter with good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience with Git version control
• Experience with GNU Radios

Desired

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience with integrating, implementing, and testing of RF, PNT, SW, SBC… OPEN VPX cards on CMOSS platform
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs
