Work with clients to define and implement mission critical applications, such as Asset Management, Lease Accounting, Deal Pricing and Management Reporting, that leverage Java and/or .Net technologies; Develop new or enhanced business software applications in the area of financial services; manage the full life cycle of software development, including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and debugging; Design, develop, and implement technical software solutions using functional and object-oriented techniques; Ensure the accuracy of program content and the effectiveness of software; Liaise with business staff to understand problems with software and develop specifications to resolve them; Evaluate change requests for cost and schedule; Respond to customer information requests about specific software functionality; Implement critical application components in a team environment; Leverage desktop and internet technologies to meet client objectives. Position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and two years of software development experience. In addition, the following specific skills are required:

• 2 years of experience in object oriented design/development;
• 2 years of experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Sencha ExtJS);
• 2 years of experience with Professional unit/integration testing practices;
• 2 years of experience with database technologies; and,
• 2 years of experience with VB.NET, C#, Perl, PHP, SAP, or C/C++.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), $68,557-$120,000 per year. Qualified U.S. workers are encouraged to apply for this position.
