The role:
The Enterprise Application Services (EAS) group plays a key part in the creation and deployment of technology used across the state by ODOT staff and the public. Engineering & Transportation Services team within EAS supports much of the Delivery and Operations Division (DOD) within ODOT. The team works with engineers, surveyors, planners, developers, environmental, and other business partners to develop the future of transportation in the state.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide program level coordination services to Delivery & Operations (D&O) portfolio and support team. Over the past couple of years our team has helped D&O deploy systems that support the 3d modeling, drone bridge inspection, seismic alerts, virtual highway corridor and many other tools. The goal of this recruitment is to fill this position at an ISS8 level. However, we encourage candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for a ISS7 ($5,885 - $8,894) to apply, as we may consider underfilling the position until the selected candidate meets the minimum qualifications for a ISS8. Underfill training will not exceed three years.

What we need:
Seven (7) years of information systems experience in analytics and project management or portfolio management
OR
An Associate's degree or higher in computer science, technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in technology or related field;
AND
5 years of information systems experience in analytics and project management or portfolio management
OR
A bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or related field
AND
three (3) years of information systems experience in: analytics and project management or portfolio management
OR
A master's degree in computer science, technology, or related field
AND
one (1) year of information systems experience in analytics and project management or portfolio management
ISS7 Underfill Option:
Six (6) years of information systems experience in analytics and project management or portfolio management
OR
An associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field
