ENGINEER

Nashville Electric Service is currently accepting applications for Engineer I-Trainee. The primary purpose of this position is to perform responsible engineering work in the field or office while developing independent judgement and skills to make decisions.

Position requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited engineering curriculum as defined in the rules of the Tennessee State Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners, Chapter 120-1 is required.

The vacancy within the various sections will determine the specialty related to the type of engineering degree.

• No experience required.

• Must have a valid Class D driver’s license from state of residence in accordance with state law.

Minimum rate of pay is $36.10 per hour to maximum rate of $51.01 per hour along with a competitive benefit package.
