Job Description

You're the brains behind our work.

You’re ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom to the boardroom, and Citi wants to help you get there. Whether it’s honing your skills or building your network, we know that success can’t come without growth. Our programs equip you with the knowledge and training you need to play a valuable role on your team, and establish a long-term career here. At Citi, we value internal mobility, and career growth is not a question of if, but when.

Citi’s Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology (PBWMT) organization is looking for full-time Analysts to join the team in Dallas, TX. The best way to think about PBWMT is that we’re a tech company inside a bank. We develop software that has a variety of end users: mobile apps and websites that help our customers manage their money, desktop software that allows our customer service agents to provide help and advice, and internal databases, microservices or tools that teams at Citi rely upon every day.

The PBWMT Analyst Program is a full-time, two-year program that puts technology careers on the fast track by providing challenging assignments, access to senior leadership, and the ability to take charge of your development through two 12-month rotations (see below for list of roles). Upon completion of the Program, top-performing Analysts are eligible for promotion.

We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

We’re committed to teaching you the ropes, and this program will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to make an impact right away. The two-year Analyst Program starts in the summer and begins with a robust training program. This role is a rotational program that is intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to more than one area of the PBWMT organization, as well as help you discover the best fit for your skills and long-term career goals at Citi. Our commitment to building your skills doesn’t end there. Analysts are eligible to participate in Citi’s mentorship program, which will provide further training and guidance throughout the Program. Upon completion of the Program, top-performing Analysts are eligible for promotion to Assistant Vice President.

Your time here will look something like this…

During your two years in the program, Analysts will build the necessary professional skills for future positions by participating in two rotations. Analyst assignments change each year based on the business needs of each PBWMT group; below are some examples of assignments from the PBWMT Analyst program:
