As a Risk Management and Compliance professional, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Sco pe problems and identify major issues and opportunities for action, using your expertise to tackle real-world challenges and impact the company in meaningful ways.
  • Gather data, develop actionable recommendations, and lead the implementation of complex programs, control initiatives, and process improvement projects, with a focus on delivering results and enhancing overall risk management.
  • Ensure transparency in key project activities by performing data collection and analytics, documenting processes and observations, and drawing conclusions with integrated key controls.
  • Set best practices for project management across the organization and lead discrete projects aimed at driving improvement in project delivery, process execution, or controls.
  • Collect and analyze data, including trend and impact analysis, to drive initiatives and inform decision-making.

Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications
We are looking for someone excited to join our organization. If you meet the minimum requirements below, you are encouraged to apply to be considered for this role.
  • 2-3 year's experience in project management or program management
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborative with internal partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and effectively manage a large number of issues at one time
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint with the ability to use it to create executive level presentation material
  • Strong knowledge of Excel with the ability to perform vlookups, create pivot tables and analyze data
  • Proven track record executing across complex environments partnering with senior leaders of businesses and corporate organizations.
  • Ability to direct the strategic thinking, synthesize insights and deliver results through a consultative approach and strong leadership skills across a global organization.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships while inspiring members of a matrixed environment; overcomes challenges by building strong diverse talented teams.
  • Meet commitments and balance competing priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral executive-level communications skills, including the ability to quickly adjust messages and style based on different audiences and agendas
