General Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the identification, prioritization, implementation, and control of cost reduction and

Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a closely related field
- 5+ years progressive industrial engineer project experience in a complex, integrated retail network
- Broad background in industrial engineering technology, application and project management
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence all levels of the organization
- Ability to work well within project teams
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Effective planning, negotiating, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizing skills
- Able to utilize all work measurement tools available (i.e. MTM, MOST, Time Study, Analysis)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to earn Lean/Six Sigma belt certification within one year
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field) required
- Experience in retail operations, includes stores and Distribution Centers
- Experience with Workforce Management Software – Logile, preferred
- Experience in Grocery Industry
- Some travel, up to 30%
- Combination of working within the stores and corporate office
