We are looking to hire a Software Developer, this position will aid in the innovation and creation of company software and programs. The responsibilities include writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services, also developing back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance. Software Developer will work on both technical and design aspects for software projects. A proactive approach to problem solving as well as a detailed understanding of coding is essential for this position. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. This position also provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. Participate in design meetings and consult with company department heads and employees to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs and interact and sometimes direct third party partners in the achievement of business and technology initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following.
Promote Company Mission, Vision and Core Values.
Application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Follow the software development lifecycle.
Design and develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability: refine and rewrite as necessary.
Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.
Create clear technical specifications.

Qualification / Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Experience automating web services/API using SOAP and REST APIs, SOAPUI or SOATest.
Proficiency in Java, Python, programing C++, and object-oriented design skills.
Familiar with version control tools (preferably Git).
An in-depth understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Able to develop maintainable custom-built integration tools and applications to support an enterprise-class software product and hosting environment.
A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
Experience with Google Apps for business preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills .
Communicate and interact as required with end users and internal staff.
Ability to work on nights and weekends as required.
