Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Quality Engineer, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is looking to hire a Quality Engineer for or Loves Park Campus in Loves Park, IL on 1st shift. This position will be responsible for completing quality and engineering activities to support compliance and process improvements throughout the organization.

What you will be doing
- Performing quality planning processes including but not limited to PFMEA (Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis), FAI (First Article Inspections), etc.
- Experience working with SPC (Statistical Process Control) techniques
- Performing PPAP (Part Production Approval Process)
- Managing Continuous Improvement or RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) project
- Participate, facilitate and/or represent quality team during audits
What We Are Looking For
- Associates Degree in a technical field is required OR a Bachelor’s degree in Business coupled with 3 or more years of experience in a quality related role
- Green Belt Certificate is preferred
