Position Overview:
Do you love building ️ products people love? We are seeking an experienced
Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join our Quality Engineering team. As an
SDET, you will use your skills to enable our customer to drive personalization, recommendations and commerce for the physical world, in real-time. You will be responsible for owning our test suites, improving our tools and processes, and empowering development teams to move faster, with higher confidence.
As a member of our Engineering Team, you'll have the chance to collaborate on exciting projects and find creative solutions to coding obstacles. Your curiosity to continue learning, as well as a knack for problem-solving , will be key to delivering innovative products to our clients and their guests, as our team members are always looking for new ways to push the boundaries of what’s possible. We’re looking for people who are passionate about their craft and are always looking for ways to grow and improve.
Location: United States; then, you choose what works for you! This role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in the US, at one of our office locations in the US, or a hybrid version of in-office and remote.

What you’ll be working on:
- Improve the coverage and reliability of our automated test suites
- Develop reliable automated test cases
- Work in an agile environment (TDD, CI/CD, short release cycles)
- Architect new systems and components
- Troubleshoot scaling and deployment issues
- Take part in regular creative brainstorming sessions to improve product quality
- Lead technical projects
- Teach, learn, and document
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, or 3-5 years experience in a SDET role
- Experience developing in Java, JavaScript, or other object-oriented language
- Coding experience with automated testing frameworks, tools, services, and physical devices
- Knowledge of REST APIs, and back-end service testing
- Experience working with microservices
- Experience influencing software engineering best practices within your team
- Experience working with Cloud technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills; adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership
- Desire to build high-quality products
