Hybrid Position /In office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Core Responsibilities
Provides technical advice and support for real time analysis, control, and operation of the Software Defined Network (SDN) network devices.
We keep the appropriate partners informed and aware of the status and progress of work. activities and business issues.
Uses various networking tools and systems to resolve customer issues.
Works form call queue to make and receive calls.
Proactively monitors tickets generated from customer equipment alarms.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Collaborates internally and externally to drive resolution for escalated issues.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree

Salary:
Pay Range: $56,219.16 - $84,328.73
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
