As a Web Developer, you'll:

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade web-based content.
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
• Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.
• Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
• Improve the user experience of the website regularly.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure that the web-based content alighns with the brand strategy and meets the organization's standards.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering or equivalent experience (or any other alternative as deemed appropriate).
• Two (2) years of experience as a web developer, (or any alternative deemed appropriate).
• Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility and JavaScript.
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a face-pace environment.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Excellent content creation and writing skills and the ability to work independently and in a team enviroment,
