IT Service and Operations – IT Lead Analyst (Account Management)
The IT Lead Analyst will be a member of 3rd Party Service Management team supporting the account managers with their vendors. The Lead Analyst will work with the account manager to ensure all necessary files have been delivered to third party vendors as well as all third party applications are running as expected. Additional activities may be required to analyze any errors which may have occurred with files or applications.

Key Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Gather requirements, communicate expectations, analyze designs, constructs and deliver solutions with minimal team interaction.
Proactively identify gaps/potential issues.
Monitoring, ticket triaging and routing, issue analysis and resolution or proper delegation.
Remove obstacles and barriers to allow team members to do their jobs and escalate appropriately.
Participate/provide input on production issues and follow up activities, ad hoc research and analysis.
Works closely with all teams to identify issue root cause of issues.
Coordinates and ensures change management processes are followed.
Flexibility and experience working as Individual Contributor and as member of a Team
Closely collaborates with Business, Compliance, Vendor, and IT (both production support and development) team members to successfully manage day to day activities.
Assists efforts to find efficiencies and improve applications and associated processes.
Ability to work in an environment with rapidly changing business requirements and priorities.

Required Experience / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2+ years of experience with:
Vendor management and/or project management.
Managing multiple activities effectively and deliver on-time solutions.
Communicating at all organizational levels.
Managing/reporting SLAs.
Working in a matrixed environment.
Must be able to adapt to various shifting priorities.
Conflict and negotiation skills to resolve potential collisions and escalate issues as necessary.
Strong focus on delivering superior customer service required.
Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving abilities required.
Ability to relate to business and IT teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Willingness to learn our business and vendor business.
Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
Ability to deliver quality work on time.
Strong collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills.

Desired Experience / Qualifications:
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid industries
Experience working in agile and matrixed environments
Flexibility and experience working as an individual contributor and as a member of a team

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 70,500 - 117,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
