Job Description

The Challenge:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with other developers, product owners, test engineers, and architects to ensure the timely and effective delivery of Salesforce requirements in a variety of industry contexts. The Salesforce Developer works in all aspects of the Salesforce Development Lifecycle, including configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations. You’ll also serve as an advisor to our clients and provide consultative guidance regarding how they might adopt new technologies or add new features to support the mission. We’re looking for someone like you to champion the technology that changes the face of healthcare.

In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to join our robust training program Salesforce Academy (SFA) and learn all of this and more. SFA provides access to online training materials, instructor-led sessions, including multiple week-long workshops and daily classes, a “bootcamp” where you work as part of a team to deliver a rapid prototype solution, individual project, a mentorship program and more.

After completing SFA, you’ll help a team of experts develop and maintain dynamic Salesforce applications. You’ll use programming and scripting languages, including Apex, to assist the team as they continuously enhance and maintain the application, troubleshoot any issues that arise operationally, and upgrade the system to meet security requirements. Most importantly, you’ll learn how we advise our government clients on the best ways to improve and modernize the existing systems.

Work with us as we build systems to change Veterans Affairs for the better.

Join us. The world can’t wait.
