Under the supervision of the Network Services Manager: Coordinates, installs and supports wireless network infrastructure and related switching/routing components. Includes planning new wireless deployments, installing updates to wireless components, and planning future deployments. Performs regular checks on LAN management and monitoring systems to provide early identification of problems. Maintains cabling and equipment necessary to support other campuses and sites to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. Assists with the implementation and maintenance of Local Area Network systems. Provide logistics assistance with new network installations, Camera, Audiovisual, and network-attached lock deployments. Maintains a working knowledge of and implements information security standards, policies, and controls.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, or a related field and experience in information technology systems or a related area. Relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
